Anderson Township has begun its 2026 curb and sidewalk repair program.  The first step, saw cutting of curbs is underway or will soon begin on select streets.  The process will take two to three weeks. Waterline work on Sutton Road continues to progress. The Hamilton County Engineer's Office has announced that with the next phase of work Sutton Road, between Four Mile Road and Eversole Road, will be CLOSED March 17-31, 2026, weather permitting. Sutton Road will reopen south of Eversole Road with this construction shift. The detour will be from Sutton Road to Eversole Road, then to Salem Road, then back to Sutton Road, and vice versa. Anderson Township’s electricity aggregation program, which allows the township to buy electricity at a group rate to obtain more competitive pricing for residents, has been approved by the Board of Township Trustees for a term of 19 months, through the December 2027 meter read date.
